Consideration of an Appointment to the Planning Commission
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Trina Coleman has served two consecutive terms and is not eligible for reappointment. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve a first term until September 30, 2030.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

Romeo Toro currently serves on the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) until October 31, 2027. NOTE: Members of the BZA shall hold no other public office in the locality, except that one may be a member of the local planning commission.
Caroline Peabody currently serves on the Neighborhood Commission until December 31, 2026, and the Grievance Board until June 30, 2030
Travis Adams currently serves on the Hampton Clean City Commission until January 31, 2028
