Consideration of Appointments to the Hampton Animal Response Team Advisory Committee (HARTAC)
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Kristin Schultz and Elizabeth Peabody have both resigned. Council is being asked to appoint individuals to fill the unexpired portions of their terms until February 28, 2027.
Pam Christiansen has resigned, and council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired term until June 30, 2025.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

Rich Foley currently serves on the Wetland's Board until December 31, 2024 (first term) (NOTE: 28.2-1303 Members of this board shall hold no public office in the county or city other than membership on the local planning or zoning commission, the local erosion commission, the local board of zoning appeals, a board established by a local government to hear cases regarding ordinances adopted pursuant to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act and regulations promulgated thereunder, or as director of a soil and water conservation board.)
Irina Gorbunova-Ford currently serves on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board until June 30, 2027
Remi Travis Wright currently serves on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board until March 31, 2026, and the Hampton Senior Citizens Advisory Committee until March 30, 2025
