Consideration of Appointments to the Coliseum Advisory Committee
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Matthew Joyner and Andrews Wilson have served one term and are eligible for reappointment to another term. Council is being asked to reappoint them to serve a second term until December 31, 2026.
Joyce Melvin-Jones has served one partial term and is eligible for reappointment to another term. Council is being asked to reappoint her to serve a second term until February 28, 2027.
Asa Jenrette and Samantha Snead have served two consecutive terms and are not eligible for reappointment. Council is being asked to appoint individuals to serve a first term until February 28, 2027.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

Remi Travis Wright currently serves on Parks & Recreation Advisory Board until March 31, 2026 and Hampton Senior Citizens Advisory Committee until March 30, 2025
Brad Young currently serves on the Citizens' Unity Commission until September 30, 2027 and the Grievance Board until June 30, 2025
