PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
William Kotheimer has served a one-year partial term that will expire on September 30, 2017 and is eligible for reappointment to expire September 30, 2021.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
