Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Cynthia Harris has submitted her resignation. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired portion of the term until March 30, 2026.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
