Resolution Approving Fiscal Year 2017 First Quarter Budget Adjustments

Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

The City Charter requires City Council to approve any appropriations transferred from one department to another department and any appropriation of additional revenues or reduction in revenues.

Discussion:

The attached represents budget adjustments required for the first quarter of fiscal year 2017.

The adjustments which require Council notification will be sent to Council under separate cover.

Impact:

There is no fiscal impact to the recommended action.

                     BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hampton, Virginia that the attached Fiscal Year 2017 First Quarter Budget Adjustments pertaining to appropriations transferred from one department to another department as well as the appropriation of additional revenues be approved.
