Purpose

Background Statement:

A use permit to renovate an existing 11,900 square foot building located on .743 acres to allow for a vehicle paint and repair facility.  This facility will operate as a Maaco automotive franchise. The property is zoned Heavy Manufacturing (M-3) District and is in the Copeland Industrial Park.

 

The Hampton Community Plan, (2006, as amended) future land use map recommends business/industrial use for this site.
