Briefing on the Capital Improvement Plan FY2028-2032
Background
The purpose of the briefing is to update Planning Commission on the proposed Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) FY2028-2032. The CIP is a five-year funding plan to finance long-term City projects, such as acquisition of property or equipment, new construction, public facilities/infrastructure improvements, and new and/or existing community initiatives. The presentation will provide a recap of the FY2027-2031 CIP, discuss the project submission process, and present the development timeline for the FY2028-2032 CIP process.
