Consideration of appointments to Citizens Unity Commission
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Mei Stukes and Nikcola Walker's first full term expired June 30, 2018 and are eligible for reappointment to a second term expiring June 30, 2022.
Andrea Bynum and Sharmane Baynard resigned in December 2017. Council is being asked to appoint individuals to fill these vacancies until June 30, 2022.
Cassandra Simpson was removed as a result of non attendance. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill her unexpired term until June 30, 2021.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
