PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

***UPDATED INFORMATION FOR 9/14/16:  Because the committee doesn't meet again until September 15, 2016, they are unable to give City Council a recommendation and staff is requesting that this item be deferred until October 12, 2016.***

Linda Seely's second full term will expire on September 30, 2016 and Council is being asked to appoint a replacement until September 30, 2020.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
