Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Donna Woods resigned at the end of September. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired portion of the term until DATE.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
