Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Recently, several Virginia cities have eliminated their requirements, in part or whole. Staff will be reviewing the history of, as well as the pros and cons of parking minimum requirements associated with development as well as explore potential updates and changes to our parking management approach.
