Consideration of appointments to Hampton Clean City Commission
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Luretta Ray resigned effective March 14, 2017 and Council is being asked to appoint a replacement until September 30, 2021.
Christopher Wilcox resigned effective March 13, 2017 and Council is being asked to appoint a replacement until September 30, 2021.
Luretta Ray and Christopher Wilcox terms were due to expire September 30, 2017 and in lieu of appointing their replacements for five months the expiration date of their terms have reflected a full term to avoid putting the same vacancies on the agenda in a short timeframe.
Edward Sean Robinson resigned effective May 26, 2017 and Council is being asked to appoint a replacement until January 31, 2020.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
