Consideration of an Appointment to the Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT)
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Virginia Code Section 2.2-5205 dictates the required membership of a local Community Policy and Management Team. One of those members is required to be a representative of the Health Department. Taylor La Dieu, is the representative currently serving for the Hampton & Peninsula Health District. Ms. La Dieu has been assigned a temporary position based in Richmond for a prolonged period of time. As such, the District Director is requesting that City Council appoint Pride Harper, a Community Heath Improvement Strategist, to serve as an alternate during Ms. La Dieu's absence.
