Consideration of Appointments to the Board of Zoning Appeals
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Michael Harris was appointed to the Planning Commission at the April 26, 2023 Council meeting. As such, he has submitted his resignation from the Board of Zoning Appeals. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve his unexpired term until December 31, 2024.
One vacancy remains from the resignation of Dr. Tamika Lett. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve until December 31, 2025.
One alternate vacancy remains from the resignation of Robie Tuck. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve until May 31, 2028.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
