Closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 2.2-3711.A (.1), (.3), and (.8) to discuss appointments as listed on the agenda, the disposition of publicly held real property in the Coliseum Central and Phoebus areas, where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body, and to consult with legal counsel employed or retained by the City regarding specific legal matters pertaining to bed and breakfast and short term rentals requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
