Code 2.2-3711(A)(3), (6) and (8) for discussion of disposition of publicly held property and potential investment of public funds, in the LaSalle Corridor, where discussion in open session would adversely affect the bargaining position of the City and Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority, and for consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues associated with the transactions at issue.
