Consideration of an Appointment to the Board of Zoning Appeals
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Edwin "Chip" A. McErlean has served one term and he is eligible for reappointment to another term. Council is being asked to recommend his reappointment to serve a second term until March 31, 3031.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
Council is being asked for their recommendation to send to the Hampton Circuit Court.
Members of this board shall hold no other public office in the City except that one may be a member of the Planning Commission
