Consideration of an Appointment to the Wetlands Board
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Carole Garrison has resigned from the board. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired portion of the term until December 30, 2026.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

NOTE: Section 41.1-3 states members of the board shall hold no public office in the city other than membership on the local planning or zoning commission, the local erosion commission, the local board of zoning appeals, a board established by the city to hear cases regarding ordinances adopted pursuant to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act and regulations promulgated there under, or as director of a soil and water conservation board.
