Consideration of an Appointment to the Hampton Animal Response Team Advisory Committee
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Amanda Wroten has resigned. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired portion of the term until December 31, 2028.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

Richard Foley currently serves on the Wetlands Board until December 31, 2029 - NOTE: Per Code of Virginia 28.2-1303 - Members of the Wetlands Board shall hold no public office in the city other than membership on the Planning or Zoning Commission, local erosion commission, local Board of Zoning Appeals, a board established by a local government to hear cases regarding ordinances adop=ted pursuant to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act and regulations promulgated thereunder, or as director of a soil and water conservation board.
