Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Dennis VanCamp and Brian Rueger have resigned for the board.  Council is being asked to appoint replacements to serve until September 30, 2017.

Treazure Davis has moved out of town and is not eligible to serve.  Council is being asked to appoint a replacement to serve until March 30, 2018.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
