Consideration of Appointments to the Board of Zoning Appeals
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Milissa Story submitted her resignation. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired portion of the term until December 31, 2025.
A vacancy remains for a third alternate. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve a first term until June 30, 2030.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
Council is being asked for their recommendation to send to the Hampton Circuit Court.
Members of this board shall hold no other public office in the City except that one may be a member of the Planning Commission.
