Consideration of Appointments to the Peninsula Town Center CDA
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Brian DeProfio's term as the City Manager's representative ends on June 30, 2022.
James Peterson's first full term ends on June 30, 2022, and he is eligible for reappointment to a second full term until June 30, 2026.
James Eason's second full term will end on June 30, 2022, and he is not eligible for reappointment. Council is being asked to appoint an individual until June 30, 2026.
If Nick Hobbs, the current alternate, is appointed as a member of the authority, Council an alternate will need to be appointed to fulfill a term ending June 30, 2026.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
