Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Nakia Cooks' first full term will expire on September 30, 2016 and is eligible for reappointment.  Council is being asked to appoint to this vacancy until September 30, 2019.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
