Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

The Hampton Public Library Fioundation would like to assist the Hampton Public Library by buying and donating a self-checkout station along with associated warranties.

Discussion:

The donation of equipment valued over $5,000.00 requires acceptance by City Council via motion pursuant to City Code 2-134(a).

Impact:

The donation of the self-checkout station will be substantially valuable to the Hampton Public Library.
