Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Devinn Smart was removed from the Board effective November 30, 2018 for non attendance, and Council is being asked to fill his vacancy until December 30, 2022.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
