PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

Ron Sterling has declined his appointment.  Council is being asked to appoint Kevin Myers, Director of Parks and Recreation to fill the staff position until September 30, 2019.
