Briefing on FY21-25 Capital Improvement Plan ("CIP") Development
Purpose
This briefing is to update the City Council on the development of the FY21-25 Capital Improvement Plan ("CIP") and the next steps.
DISCUSSION:
During the FY20 budget adoption process, the City Council communicated to staff that they would like to have the CIP development and adoption process completed in advance of the annual operating budget adoption. This briefing will provide City Council with a summary of activities completed thus far and the expected timeline for the next couple of months regarding the full presentation to City Council, the required public hearing and final adoption.
