Consideration of Appointments to the Citizens Police Advisory Group (CPAG)
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Linda Curtis, Ronald Johnson, Patricia Lacy, Benton Knight, Bishop Roberts-House, and Michelle Griffin have served one term and are eligible for reappointment to another term. Council is being asked to reappoint them to serve a second term until January 31, 2030.
Two vacancies remain, Faith-based and Business Community. Council is being asked to appoint individuals to serve until December 31, 2029.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

Applicants Currently Serving on Other Board/Commissions:
Spenser Bosch currently serves on the Social Services Local Advisory Board until March 31, 2029.
Keisha Samuels currently serves on the Grievance Board until July 31, 2029.
Brad Young currently serves on the Grievance Board until June 30, 2029, and the Coliseum Advisory Board until February 28, 2027.
Phyllis Porter currently serves on the CUC until September 30, 2027, and the Hampton Senior Citizens Advisory Committee until December 31, 2026.
Wayne Gomes currently serves on the War Memorial Stadium Advisory Board until July 31, 2027.
Al Henderson currently serves on CEARC until July 30, 2029
Robert Boester currently serves on the Hampton Commission on the Arts until September 30, 2028, and the Coliseum Advisory Committee as Member Emeritus
