PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Pat Minetti has resigned from the board and Council is being asked to appoint a replacement to serve his unexpired term until June 30, 2017.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
