Code section 2.2-3711(A)(3) for discussion of the acquisition of real property for a public purpose at Peninsula Town Center where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiation strategy of Council; pursuant to section 2.2-3711(A)(6) for discussion or consideration of the investment of public funds in the LaSalle Corridor where bargaining is involved, and discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the financial interest of the City; and pursuant to Va. Code section 2.2-3711(A)(1) to discuss an appointment to the Virginia Air and Space Center Board.
