PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

The City Council adopted a resolution wherein the Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority ("HRHA") was designated as the agency to implement the City’s Comprehensive plan as it relates to residential development and redevelopment. In the recent past the HRHA has acquired properties in Buckroe such as the Riley and Abbott properties consistent with this policy.
