Consideration of Appointments to the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
The terms of Steve Brown, Madonna Flores and Gisele Russell end on June 30, 2024, and they are each eligible for reappointment to another term ending June 30, 2027.
Steve Bond's term ends June 30, 2024, and he is not eligible for reappointment. Council is being asked to appoint Hui-Shan Walker to a first term until June 30, 2027.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
