Budget Briefings - State Budget Briefing and Opportunities for Public Input

 

Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Brief City Council on the Governor's proposed budget and provide dates for public input on the FY19 Manager's Recommended Budget. 

 

Discussion:

The Governor's budget was released on December 18, 2017.  Today's briefing will include highlights of that budget.  The General Assembly is currently in session and amendments to the budget are expected. 

 

Recommendation:

No action is required of City Council at this time.
