Mary W. Jackson Neighborhood Center Update

Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

This is to update Council on progress made on construction of the Mary W. Jackson Neighborhood Center, set to open in Spring of 2022, the design of the adjacent park and surrounding infrastructure.  The last update provided to Council on the Center was December 8, 2020.
