Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

David Duxbury's first full two-year term will expire on September 30, 2016 and is eligible for reappointment.  Council is being asked to fill this vacancy for a term to expire September 30, 2018.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
