Approval of the Strategic Plan
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Following the July presentation of the additional feedback done by the Strategic Priority Leaders, Council had a final request for one language change under Excellence in Government to emphasize the City's intention to utilize data to drive strategies and track outcomes for all of the priority areas. The final document includes this change.
Impact:
The Strategic Plan is the City's guiding document for the next three to five years. It is a shared vision with the community as a whole, which is why the City does extensive outreach to draft the document.
