Resolution Approving Fiscal Year 2016 Second Quarter Budget Adjustments
..Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
The City Charter requires City Council to approve any appropriations transferred from one department to another department and any appropriation of additional revenues or reduction in revenues. The attached represents budget adjustments required for the second quarter of fiscal year 2016. The adjustments which require City Council notification will be sent to the City Council under separate cover.
Impact:
The fiscal impact of the requested action ensures a balanced budget at fiscal year end.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hampton, Virginia that the attached Fiscal Year 2016 second quarter budget adjustments pertaining to appropriations transferred from one department to another department as well as the appropriation of additional revenues be approved on first and final reading.
