Consideration of appointments to the Grievance Board
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
The first full terms of Bob Kochan and James Young expire on June 30, 2017. Both are eligible for reappointment until June 30, 2021.
Council is being asked to appoint individuals to the five vacancies created by the attached updated Policy and Procedure Manual until June 30, 2021.
NOTE: A change was made to increase the number of members on the Grievance Board to ten with no alternates in the City of Hampton Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
