Consideration of an appointment to Peninsula Town Center Community Development Authority.
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Edward C. Bean has been reassigned and moved out of the area. Council is being asked to appoint a replacement to serve until March 31, 2017.
The partial terms of Judy Carr and Brian DeProfio expired on March 31, 2016. Council is being asked to appoint replacements to serve until March 31, 2020.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.

The CDA recommends that Mr. Matt Hooker be appointed to fill the unexpired term of Edward C. Bean until March 31, 2017 and that Judy Carr and Brian DeProfio be reappointed to their first full terms which will expire on March 31, 2020.
