Consideration of an Appointment to the Peninsula Airport Commission
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Jay Joseph first served a partial term on the Peninsula Airport Commission. That term ended on June 30, 2021, and he was reappointed to a four-year term, which was to conclude on June 30, 2025. He has continued to serve since that time. Council is being asked to formalize his reappointment to another four-year term, which will expire on June 30, 2029.
Applicants Currently Serving on Other Board/Commissions:
Kimberly King currently serves on the Hampton Clean City Commission until March 30, 2030
Spenser Bosch currently serves on the Social Services Local Advisory Board until March 31, 2029, and the Citizens' Police Advisory Group (CPAG) until March 31, 2030
Brad Young currently serves on the Coliseum Advisory Committee until February 28, 2027, and the Grievance Board until June 30, 2029
