Motion to Accept Donation of Equipment from the City of Baltimore for use by the Hampton Police Division.

Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

The City of Baltimore, Maryland has donated a non-tactical motor vehicle to the City of Hampton for use by the Hampton Police Division.  City of Hampton Fleet Services has evaluated the van, determined it to be in good condition, and approved it to be added to the City's fleet if Council accepts the donation.  The value of the vehicle is approximately $19,000.00.
