Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

This matter was placed upon the Council's agenda on October 12, 2016, at the request of Councilman Will Moffett to continue City Council's discussions regarding appointments to Boards and Commissions.  Due to time constraints, there was not sufficient time to have this discussion and Council expressed its intent to consider this on October 26, 2016.
