Strategic Priorities
Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
At the October and November 2016 Council meetings, City Council was briefed on various strategic priority projects and ranked each project into one of three tiers. At the January 11 and January 25, 2017 Council Work Sessions, staff and the City's financial advisors presented options for funding Council Strategic Initiatives with the goal of getting guidance from Council regarding its preferred options. Over the winter and spring of 2017 staff received Council's guidance and public input on the projects. The final step in the process will be to develop a final plan for moving Council Priorities forward.

Discussion:
Provide direction to staff regarding Council's preferred strategic priority projects and funding scenarios.
Impact:
$74,650,000.00 is the highest amount being considered at this time.
