Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

David Bruckheimer has resigned from the board.  Council is being asked to appoint a replacement to fill his unexpired term until December 31, 2017.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
