Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Samantha Thomas resigned as the Business Representative. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to fill the unexpired portion of the term until December 31, 2026.

Vernita Baldwin resigned as the Faith-Based Representative. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve a first term until July 30, 2028.

A vacancy remains for the Non-Profit Representative. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve a first term until July 30, 2028.

A vacancy remains for the At-Large Representative. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve a first term until July 30, 2028.

A vacancy remains for the City Representative/Public Safety. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve a first term until July 30, 2028.

Staff is working on filling those vacancies that still remain in Districts 1, 2 and 4 and 2 Youth Representatives.

There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
