Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Kevin Nelms has served one term and does not wish to be reappointed to another term. Council is being asked to appoint an individual to serve a first term until July 30, 2028.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
