Motion to Rescind the Appointment of Thomas Fukawa to the Board of Directors of the Peninsula Agency on Aging.

On September 12, 2016, Council appointed Mr. Fukawa to the Board of Directors of the Peninsula Agency on Aging (PAA). Subsequently it was determined that an error had occurred and no vacancy existed on the board and Nakia Cook, had a year remaining on her term. As such, Council is rescinding Mr. Fukawa's appointment, Ms. Cook continues to serve, and Mr. Fukawa has been asked to serve on the advisory board to PAA.
