Purpose
PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:
Valda Claiborne submitted her resignation on May 12, 2022, and Council is being asked to appointment an individual to serve in her unexpired term until June 30, 2024.
There are individuals in the Board Bank who have expressed a desire to serve on this board. Those applications are being provided to Council.
