Purpose

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

Jason Mitchell has been serving as Hampton's appointee to the Virginia Peninsula Service Authority with Barry Dobbins serving as alternate.  Council is being asked to reappoint both of the individuals for another four year term until September 30, 2024.
